Join the team
The Lauraville Fair is 100% volunteer run, and there's a place for everyone.
Join the planning team
Planning meetings typically start around the beginning of summer and pick up as fair day approaches. Help with vendors, music, sponsors, social media, logistics, and more.
Volunteer on fair day
On fair day, volunteers take shifts around the park, from setup in the morning through breakdown in the evening: helping vendors, keeping the park clean, assisting with the stage, taking photos, and more. We'll reach out about shifts as the fair gets closer.
Kids can fill several roles (some ages need a parent along), and we're happy to sign off on service-learning hours.
